FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• The massager is not working properly.

Make sure to spray enough conductive spray on the two inner silver conductive fabric areas until they are thoroughly moist. If these areas are dry, the massager may not detect skin contact and the power will turn off.

• The massager does not work even after spraying.

Please check that the two snap buttons on the outside of the band and the controller are properly connected with the dedicated connection cable.

If not properly connected, the white warning light on the M button will blink and the device will not operate.

• How long does the massager operate?

The device is designed to automatically power off after 30 minutes of use.

This prevents overuse of the low-frequency massager in one area, which may cause muscle strain. After 30 minutes of use, take a sufficient rest before using again.

• The low-frequency stimulation feels weak.

Ensure the band is tightly fitted against your skin. The two silver conductive fabric areas must be in close contact with the skin for effective stimulation. The device will not work over clothing.
