1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and ROAExpo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the ROAExpo website, mobile website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Nature (Hybrid Marketplace)
ROAExpo operates a scalable hybrid global marketplace platform partnering directly with verified brands and manufacturers worldwide.

ROAExpo may:
  • facilitate transactions between buyers and brands/manufacturers; and/or
  • manage product listings and operational processes on behalf of brands/manufacturers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ROAExpo acts as a platform operator and service facilitator. Product-specific warranties or obligations may vary by brand/manufacturer and applicable law.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
  • If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental/guardian consent is required.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products and Availability
We strive for accurate product information; however:
  • Product details may contain errors or updates.
  • Visual representations may vary by device.
  • Products are subject to availability.
  • Prices may change without notice.
5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges including product price, shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay), and wire transfers.
Multi-Currency Processing
Payments may be processed in multiple currencies (including, but not limited to, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and KRW) depending on your location, selected currency settings, and the available payment methods at checkout. Supported currencies may change or expand over time.

Where currency conversion applies, exchange rates may be determined by the payment provider, card issuer, or ROAExpo’s payment processor, and may affect the final charged or refunded amount.
We reserve the right to:
  • refuse or cancel any order,
  • correct pricing errors (including after payment),
  • limit quantities,
  • restrict reseller or bulk purchasing activities unless approved.
6. International Shipping and Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for:
  • compliance with local import laws,
  • accurate shipping information,
  • customs duties and taxes unless otherwise specified.
ROAExpo is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the ROAExpo Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Quality & Quantity (QQ) Inspection
ROAExpo conducts centralized Quality & Quantity (QQ) inspections prior to shipment as part of its operational standards to enhance order accuracy.

QQ inspection is an operational procedure and does not constitute a defect-free guarantee beyond applicable legal requirements or manufacturer warranties.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs is owned by or licensed to ROAExpo and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
  • use automated systems without authorization,
  • misuse the Platform,
  • submit false information,
  • violate laws,
  • infringe third-party rights.
11. User-Generated Content
If reviews or content submissions are allowed:
• You retain ownership.
• You grant ROAExpo a non-exclusive worldwide license to display and use such content for Platform operations.
• You are solely responsible for your submissions.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to third-party services. ROAExpo is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
13. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAExpo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROAExpo and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
16. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
18. Language
If translated versions exist, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
