Return / Refund Policy

1. Introduction
ROAExpo operates a scalable hybrid global marketplace platform partnering directly with verified brands and manufacturers worldwide. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for purchases made through the ROAExpo platform.
This policy applies to orders placed through the ROAExpo platform.
This policy applies to both B2C (consumer) and B2B (business) transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Prior return authorization (RMA) must be obtained from ROAExpo.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered:
  • Opened cosmetic, skincare, or personal care products
  • Food items and perishable goods
  • Health supplements
  • Products with expiration dates
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital goods or downloadable products
  • Hygiene-related products once opened
  • Bulk B2B orders unless otherwise contractually agreed
Products with expiration dates are not eligible for return if the remaining shelf life meets disclosed or regulatory standards at the time of shipment.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original components may:
  • Be rejected, or
  • Be subject to partial refund at ROAExpo’s discretion.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact customer service at cs@roaexpo.com
  2. Provide order number and reason for return.
  3. Submit photos if requested.
  4. Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) instructions.
The item must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable method.
6. Shipping Costs
Change of Mind (Non-Defective Returns)
For returns due to personal preference or change of mind:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective / Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered:
  • Customers must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photo evidence may be required.
  • ROAExpo will evaluate and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Inspection & Approval Process
ROAExpo conducts centralized Quality & Quantity (QQ) inspections prior to shipment as part of its operational standards to minimize fulfillment errors and enhance order accuracy.
Upon receiving a returned item, ROAExpo will inspect the product condition before approving a refund or exchange.
For marketplace-listed items, final approval may involve coordination with the brand or manufacturer.
8. Refund Processing
Once approved:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–15 business days after inspection.
  • Credit card refunds may require 1–2 billing cycles depending on the financial institution.
9. B2B Transactions
For B2B orders:
  • Contractual agreements may supersede this policy.
  • Bulk orders and custom procurement items are generally non-refundable unless defective.
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
10. Policy Updates
ROAExpo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase shall apply.
