  • Where is the ROAExpo office?

    We operate several reginal offices in different countries to provide fast and reliable services for your transaction. You can check and contact our regional offices in here

  • How do I use multi-language service of ROAExpo.com?

    Currently we provide 17 different language service however we will extend more soon. Anyway, in order to select a language, go to the top left corner of our website. You can see different countries’ flags and languages and click either a flag or language what you want and just enjoy your exploring.

  • How can I write a review on a product?

    You can write a product review with just 3 easy steps:

    1. On any product details page, scroll down and on the middle of the screen, underneath the big photos of a products, you will see a button titled ‘Review’.
    2. Once you click on that button you will a text box, a rating section, and three sections on how the product fits. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name.
    3. Then, click on the orange ‘Submit your Review’ button.
  • How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

    There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
    Call us at one of our customer service representatives will take care of your request over the phone. Email us at cs@roaexpo.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

  • My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

    You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

    1. Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
    2. Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
    3. Once logged in, click on "Edit Profile" towards the right-hand side of the page.
    4. Type your new e-mail address on lines 3 and 4.
    5. Verify your "Current password" at the bottom.
    6. Click "Update Now".
    7. Your e-mail will be updated.

    Also, we would be happy to update your e-mail address for you over the phone. For security purposes, we ask that you call the ROAs Customer Service Team at one of regional office to confirm your account information. Upon verification, we will be glad to take care of your request immediately. Please let us know if there is anything else, we can help you with.

  • Can I require “Inspection Service” after initial payment?

    Yes, you can add the “Inspection Service” after the initial payment before shipping. You can check more details about our onsite inspection service here.

  • What aspects does Inspection Service cover?

    ROAExpo.com provides different types of the inspection service such as “General Inspection Service” and “Advanced Inspection Service”.

  • How do I cancel the “Inspection Service”?

    You can cancel the service before conducting on-site checking in your cart or you can directly contact our regional office where you are in.

  • What areas are covered by the “Inspection Service”?

    Now we provide the inspection service in all area of South Korea, and BC in Canada.

  • What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

    A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive.   • Do I have to have a company to sign up as a buyer?

    Even though most of our buyers have their own businesses as a wholesaler, retailer, global trader, and B2C Ecommerce owner you don't need to have a company. You can still join ROAExpo.com for free as a buyer.

  • Can I register on ROAExpo.com even I don’t have a company as a supplier?

    In order to become a supplier in ROAExpo.com you should have a company actually you should be a manufacturer because we directly connect a manufacturer and a buyer without middlemen to increase benefits and decrease cost for both a supplier and a buyer.

  • How do I sell a product after register as a supplier?

    Thank you for joining at our ROAExpo.com as a supplier. We provide a video tutorial service such as how to post a product, manage your company profile, handle order and stock, etc. for a new member. Video Tutorial for Sellers

    Also, your individual consultant will be ready to help you. You can find and contact your consultant on your left side bar of your company profile page.

  • How can I correct my misspelled email address when signing up?

    Firstly, feel free to contact our customer service with you correct email address through an email cs@roaexpo.com, a phone call to your regional office, or live chat. Our friendly customer service member will help and fix the wrong email address.

  • How do I increase my product rank on a product category list?

    There are several ways to increase your product rank on a list. Firstly, we highly recommend optimize keywords of your product, and add and provide as much relevant product information in the products details. Moreover, join our Premium Membership you may get more credibility in a trading area.

Shopping & Payment

  • When will I receive my order?

    It depends on the place of you and a seller and a way of shipping. However, you can check expecting delivery day when placing an order in your account.

  • How does ROAExpo.com refund your money?

    Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or a designated payment account (e.g. PayPal account). Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 15 days.

  • If I purchase from different sellers, can the order be shipped together?

    Usually shipping method is agreed between a buyer and seller. So, you need to contact and arrange a way of shipping with sellers.

  • How can I get a copy of my invoice?

    Thank you for purchasing through our service. You can download and print your invoice from your order history. Please follow these steps, firstly, Sign In and go to your order(transaction) history after that click a transaction which you want to get an invoice then download or print it.

  • How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

    You can change or cancel your order even you have already placed in your account without any extra cancellation fee if it hasn’t shipped yet.

    After sign-up at ROAExpo.com, go to your order you can check the status of your order and you can change your order on that page. However, it has already shipped you need to follow our return and refunds procedure if you still want to change your order.

  • How do I contact a supplier (seller)?

    There are various ways to contact a supplier (seller) through an email, telephone, or our chat service. Here are the pages where you can find a company’s contact details.

    1. On a product detail page – you can find a seller’s information with contact details on each product detail page which supply the product.
    2. On a supplier (seller) company profile page – you can search a company name in the Browse seller search bar and visit the company’s profile page.
    3. On your order detail page
    4. On a Blog page
  • How do I send inquiry to a supplier (seller)?

    A. You can directly send your inquiry to a seller through the seller’ contact detail with different methods such as an email or live chat. You will find the sellers contact detail on a product detail page, a company profile page, a company’ shop, and your order history.

    Also, if you want to get a quotation from different sellers you can use "the One Click Quotation Service”.

  • How do I find a reliable supplier (seller)?

    On ROAExpo.com only verified and certificated companies can post and sell their products., which means we make our members go through various evaluation stages set by ROAs. (e.g., Onsite checking, Production and trading capacity and ability, and legitimacy etc.) Thus, you can trust most of our suppliers. However, if you are looking for a more experienced and popular seller, we recommend you to visit the “best top 10 seller” section.

    Also, you can check a supplier’s credibility through the company’s review on the company profile page.

  • How do I refund my money when I have an issue with my order?

    When you have an issue with your order you can claim within 15 business days after receiving your order. Check our return and refunds policy.

    Here is a claim process. Firstly, sign in on ROAExpo.com and in my order history then click your order number you can see your order details and click a claim button. It will email to our customer service centre or visit our customer service centre page and click a claim button and fill in the claim form.

  • Can I pay with multiple Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Pre-Paid Gift Cards?

    Any pre-paid gift card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo / insignia on it will be processed like an actual credit / debit card and only one credit card can be used per order. If a single pre-gift card does not cover the total of your order, we suggest using other payment methods. Also, some card may not be eligible for online purchases. Please refer to the company that issued the card for more details.
