How to use

When storing pumped breast milk

Cut the top part along the easy-cut line

Fill in the date of pumping.

Open the thermal zipper to hold the pumped breast milk. (When refrigerated, please only add up to 2/3)

Stand and refrigerate or freeze.

When feeding stored breast milk

Cut off the second easy-cut line under the zipper.

Bottle feeding.

How to heat stored breast milk
freezing	After the first thawing in the refrigerator - hot water at around 40°C
Refrigerated	Hot water at about 40°C
Please take a hot spring at a temperature of about 40°C and feed at about 37°C.
Do not use	Microwave, direct hot water, high temperature (too high a temperature can destroy the main nutrients in breast milk)

1. When thawing frozen breast milk, put it in lukewarm water at about 40°C.
2. When refrigerated, fill only about 2/3.

5. Keep breast milk refrigerated and frozen for the recommended period of time.
(In household refrigerators, be careful of temperature changes caused by opening and closing.) 6. Do not breathe when using.
