70-year-old dumpling master "Quyonglu"

The name Quying Tower was originally named after a historic pavilion where famous people from China's Central Yuan gathered. In Korea, a Chinese founder started as a Chinese restaurant specializing in dumplings in 1945 at 5 Sodong in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Since its opening in 1945, Quyeonglu, which has developed along with Korea's dynamic history for more than half a century, has become a famous dumpling company in Korea and has now grown into a dumpling company.

The production plant located in Paju City has 4,000 pyeong factory facilities on a land area of 8,000 pyeong, and the production system consists of a compounding room, a cotton making room, a molding room, an increase room, a pre-cooling room, a quenching room, an inner packaging room, a heavy metal discriminator, and an outer packaging room in a straight line, and under the guidance of the technical team of the Industrial Bank of Korea, it has a three-story high air cleaning system that takes into account the internal air flow, state-of-the-art automation equipment, and its own refrigeration warehouse of 1000 pyeong.

The raw materials that are the life of dumplings are carefully selected and used with no bleaching, no preservatives, no coloring, no spices, and no additives, and the best quality control team in Korea systematically manages and develops all processes to realize the three major tasks of CLEAN, FRESH, and SAFETY based on decades of experience and knowledge.
