Over the last 14 years, we have been making Korean traditional soybean paste, soybean sauce, red pepper paste, and extra-fermented soybean paste with the use of local agricultural ingredients (KOREA) in order for safe food.
Since 100% local agricultural products are used, the food products have high safety. For red peper paste product, our directly boiled rice grain syrup and 100% natural ingredients are used. For soybean paste products, soy beans are naturally fermented and ripened for three years in breathing earthenware pots. For soy sauce products as slow food, raw and genuine soy sauce is naturally fermented and ripened for at least 7 years.
To experience Korean traditional and natural food, over 5,000 people visit us annually. We provide education for healthy dietary life and good food products.
