The first real low-salt anchovy and real clean anchovy that passed the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's low-salt standard

-Moopoongzone anchovies are fresh anchovies caught in Korea, boiled in seawater, and dried in a HACCP-certified processing facility. (If it's not domestic anchovies, 100% refund!)

-Moopoongzone 61 grams for stir-fried anchovies and 26 grams for stir-fry contain about 700 mg of calcium, which is equivalent to the recommended daily allowance. It is also rich in vitamin D, which aids in the absorption of calcium in the body.

-During the cleaning process before drying, impurities are removed by bubble cavitation and the salinity is reduced. In addition, it is dried in a vacuum low-temperature environment to evenly dry the internal organs of the anchovies. Low-salt anchovies have a salinity of 0.3% and clean anchovies have a salinity of 1.5%, both of which boast a significantly lower salinity than ordinary anchovies, and they are hygienic because they are dried in a controlled environment.

-Anchovies contain 20~30% total water. If the humidity causes a fishy smell, sauté it over low heat and dry it for storage. (Store this product in the refrigerator immediately after purchase, if you need to store it for a long time, store it in the freezer to prevent deterioration and enjoy the unique savory flavor of anchovies for a long time.)

-It is the first anchovy to meet the MFDS low-salt standard, with a salinity of less than 0.305%. It's not salty, so you can cook it in a wider variety of recipes. They also have a lower water content than regular anchovies, so they can be stored for longer.
