-Szechuan style black-bean-sauce noodles, which are distinctly different from jjajang and champon, have a reddish, spicy flavor that is tempting to the taste buds.

-Instead of chunjang, which is used for regular jjajang, the rich ingredients stir-fried with spicy umami bean paste bring out the deep flavor of the jjajangmyeon.

-It is made with seafood, not meat, as the main ingredient, so you can enjoy it with less fat and refreshing. In addition, there is plenty of sauce with onions and vegetables along with seafood.

-Put the frozen Sichuan jajang sauce in boiling water and defrost and heat it in a water bath for 5~6 minutes before taking it out. Put the frozen medium noodles in 800ml of boiling water and boil them over high heat for 4~4 minutes 30 seconds, stirring slightly, then drain the noodles rinsed in lukewarm water, put them in a bowl, pour hot sauce over them, and enjoy.
