How to Use

Squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto a dry toothbrush (do not wet the bristles).

Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle and gently brush from the gums toward the teeth.

For upper teeth, brush from top to bottom; for lower teeth, brush from bottom to top.

Thoroughly clean the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of all teeth.

Repeat brushing each area 5–10 times and continue brushing for a total of 3 to 4 minutes.
