    Aroma: A rich, nutty, and deep traditional scent.
    * Storage Instructions
    Upon receiving, dry the Meju in a well-ventilated area immediately.
    Proper storage ensures the flavor develops even further.
    * How to Make Doenjang
    Crush and Press: Separate the Meju blocks, crush them well, and firmly press into a traditional earthenware jar.
    Add Salt: Sprinkle coarse salt over the surface and close the lid.
    ** Tip: When separating Meju and soy sauce, remove any black spots or moldy areas from the crushed Meju for a cleaner, more flavorful doenjang.
