Global Shipping

ROAExpo provides Global Shipping to over 130+ Countries worldwide.
All orders are shipped from our Central Logistics Hub, currently operated in South Korea, where ROAExpo directly performs free pre-shipment QQ Inspection (Quality & Quantity Inspection). Additional regional logistics hubs will be expanded globally in the future.

Available Shipping Methods

• Sea Parcel – Most economical option for heavy or bulk orders
• Air Parcel – Balanced option between cost and delivery speed
• EMS – International postal delivery service
• FedEx – Fast express courier service
• UPS – Premium international courier service

Shipping availability and transit time may vary depending on destination country and local regulations.

Products from different brands or stores can be combined into one shipment when shipped from the same origin country.
You can combine products from multiple brands or stores in one cart to reach the USD $150 purchase threshold and receive shipping discounts, as long as the products are shipped from the same origin country.

The Final Shipping Cost Before Payment is clearly displayed at checkout. There are No Hidden Fees after payment confirmation.

Shipping Discount Benefits – Global Free Shipping (GFS)

• Orders over USD $150 with total shipping weight under 3kg may qualify for Free Shipping
• If total shipping weight exceeds 3kg, customers may receive up to USD $30 Shipping Discount
• The GFS Coupon (Code: ENJOYGFS-KOR) is automatically issued to eligible members and can be found in the member’s account after login. There is no limit on the number of uses.
• The GFS coupon may be combined with other promotions or coupons
• Eligibility may vary depending on product category, shipping method, and stock availability

Final discounted shipping cost is shown before payment confirmation.
Seasonal shipping promotions are announced on our homepage banners and member emails.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders undergo free pre-shipment QQ Inspection directly performed by ROAExpo before shipment.
Once shipped, a Tracking Number will be provided to the customer.

Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

서로 다른 브랜드 및 스토어 상품도 동일한 출고 국가일 경우 하나의 배송으로 합배송이 가능합니다.
여러 브랜드 및 스토어 상품을 하나의 장바구니로 합산하여 USD $150 구매 기준을 충족하고 배송비 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다. (단, 상품 출고 국가가 동일한 경우 적용됩니다.)

결제 전 최종 배송비(Final Shipping Cost Before Payment)를 명확하게 확인할 수 있으며, 추가 비용(No Hidden Fees)은 발생하지 않습니다.

배송비 할인 혜택 – Global Free Shipping (GFS)

• USD $150 이상 구매 및 총 배송 무게 3kg 미만일 경우 무료 배송(Free Shipping) 적용 가능
• 총 배송 무게가 3kg을 초과할 경우 최대 USD $30 배송비 할인 제공
• GFS 쿠폰 (Code: ENJOYGFS-KOR)은 대상 회원에게 자동 발급되며, 회원 로그인 후 마이페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 사용 횟수 제한은 없습니다.
• 다른 쿠폰 및 프로모션과 함께 사용 가능합니다
• 일부 상품 카테고리, 배송 방식, 재고 상황에 따라 적용이 제한될 수 있습니다

할인 적용 후 최종 배송비는 결제 전에 확인할 수 있습니다.
시즌별 배송비 할인 프로모션은 메인페이지 배너 및 회원 이메일을 통해 안내됩니다.

출고 및 배송 추적

모든 상품은 ROAExpo가 직접 출고 전 무료 QQ 검수(QQ Inspection)를 수행한 후 발송됩니다.
출고 완료 후 운송장 번호(Tracking Number)가 제공됩니다.

통관, 현지 배송 상황, 기상 조건, 공휴일 등에 따라 배송 일정이 변동될 수 있습니다.

관세 및 세금

수입 관세, 부가세 및 통관 관련 비용은 국가별 정책에 따라 수취인 부담으로 부과될 수 있습니다.
