Return/Refund Policy

Ifexchange/return/refund is available

1. For simple change of heartexchange, return/refund, enclose 5,000won in courier costs or send homedelivery after banktransfer.( Please contact us separately for the area between theregions.)
2. Color, product changes, etc. are treated as simplechanges.
3. If you find a significant defect or damage to a product that is not your responsibility at the time of receipt of the prize, you can return the free return and refund only within 7 days of receipt.

Non-exchange/return/non-refundable

1. If the returndeadline (7 days after receiptofthe goods)has passed
