Q. Are there any precautions before first use?
A. Some cooktops may require compatibility testing. After testing, wash the pan gently with lukewarm water before first use.

Q. What heat level should I use during cooking?
A. To protect the coating, use medium heat or lower.
(For gas stoves, medium heat means the flame should only touch the center of the pan bottom.)
Thanks to its excellent heat retention and conductivity, there’s no need for high heat.

Q. What kind of utensils should I use?
A. Avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface. Use utensils made of wood, silicone, or plastic.

Q. What if food sticks or burns?
A. Do not scrape with steel wool or sharp tools. Soak and clean with baking soda to protect the coating.

Q. Why does the bottom sometimes bulge slightly?
A. Due to thermal expansion of the metal during heating, slight convex or concave shaping is normal and designed to help oil spread evenly, preventing hot spots and ensuring balanced cooking performance.
