Taping Methods for Each Painful Area

Do not stretch the tape, but stretch the muscles to the maximum

Turtle neck (cephalothorax)

❶ Starting point position - Attached to the inner end of the shoulder slice/back center
❷ Bow your head as much as possible, and apply the tape to the end of your head without stretching it.
❸ Starting point location - attached to the center of the protruding whiplash
❹ With your head bowed and tilted, attach one on each side.

Tight Shoulders

(Supraspinatus)

❶ Starting point position - attach a point to the center of the spine in the middle of the back
❷ With your head bowed and tilted forward, go past the shoulder line and stick to the end of the shoulder

Knee Pain

(Patella)

❶ Starting point position - attach the upper center of the knee
❷ With the knee bent as much as possible, follow the cartilage to the lower center.
❸ Do the same as 1 and 2 in reverse.
❹ Start Point Position - Attach the bottom center of the knee
❺ Keep your knees bent as far apart as possible.

Stiff/Knots in Shoulders and Neck

(Trapezius)

❶ Start Point Position - Attached to the end point of the shoulder
❷ With your head bowed and tilted in reverse, stick it past the shoulder line to the point where the hair ends at the back of the neck.

Difficulty Lifting Arms

(Deltoid Distaver)

❶ Starting point position - attached to the center of the arm
❷ Bend your arms as far inward as possible and follow the texture of the muscles at the back of your arms to above your shoulders.
❸ Starting point position - attached to the center of the arm
❹ With your arms as far back as possible, follow the texture of the muscles inside your arms to above your shoulders.
❺ Start point position - attached to the outside of the back wing below
❻ Raise your arms as far inward as possible and attach them to the bottom of your arms.

Back Pain

(erector spinal muscles)

❶ Starting point position - 2cm next to the spine and 5cm below the panty line
❷ Keep your back as low as possible and stick it to the middle of your back.
