    A. Yes, please keep the bag sealed. The water-soluble film is sensitive to humidity. If exposed to high moisture, the capsules may stick together or melt.

    Q. Are there specific wash cycles I should avoid?
    A. Our capsules are tested for most cycles. However, when using "Quick Wash" modes with cold water, the dissolution speed may vary depending on the environment.
