Ionized minerals such as hydrogen ions, silicon, and manganese produced when bamboo salt dissolves in water have an excellent ability to neutralize oxidized foods.

What is oxidation?

Oxidized means the same as active oxygen. The more food comes into contact with oxygen, the more it spoils and loses its freshness. In addition, the more you eat these foods, the more free radicals you inhale into your body. If it has been more than 30 days since it was cut, the sap will become insufficient, so it is best to use it immediately after cutting it to maintain freshness. In addition, only domestic bamboo is used to make high-quality bamboo salt.

The higher the firepower, the higher the quality bamboo salt, and natural resin is used to increase the heat power very strongly. The combustion of resin acts as a catalyst for the elements that make up bamboo, salt, and ochre to form new compounds.

1. Bamboo sorting

We select fresh bamboo that is 3~5 years old.

2. Chop the sea salt

Domestic grade 1 sea salt, which has undergone thorough mineral testing, is added to domestic bamboo.

3. Kiln Stacking

The barrels are stacked one by one and placed in a clay kiln using pine firewood.

4. Bake for at least 8 hours

If baked at 800 degrees Celsius or higher for more than 8 hours, the bamboo will turn to ash and only a column of salt remains.

5. 8 times molten salt

The baked bamboo salt lump is ground into powder, put back into the bamboo bamboo, and repeat 8 times from step 1~6 to work. The more times you bake it, the grayer it becomes.

6. Ninth Final Melting

Bamboo salt baked 8 times is added to the steel stainless steel melting furnace, and pine wood fire is applied with resin and heat to melt at a high temperature of more than 1500 degrees Celsius. By melting at extremely high temperatures, high-pulse energy materials are obtained.

7. Shaped to suit your preference

Bamboo salt melted by high heat becomes a hard lump when it cools. Crush the bamboo salt lumps into suitable sizes or turn them into crystals.

Put bamboo salt crystals in your mouth and dissolve them with your saliva.

May be combined with fruit or garlic.

You can also use it to season dishes.

Add 2~3 grains to coffee and drink as a healthy tea.

Precautions for Consumption
