Q. How long does the fragrance last?

A. The scent of MUMCHIT Room & Fabric Perfume lasts on average for more than 6 hours. (Please note that duration may vary slightly depending on temperature, humidity, and fragrance type.)

Q. I noticed a strong alcohol scent when I first sprayed it after delivery—why is that?

A. Due to movement and impact during shipping, the fragrance solution can become unstable, temporarily causing the alcohol scent to become more pronounced. Let the bottle sit undisturbed for a day or two to allow the solution to stabilize before use.

Q. The product leaked a little during shipping—what should I do?

A. Since fabric perfumes contain alcohol as a main ingredient, minor leakage can occasionally occur due to pressure and shaking in transit. This is similar to a carbonated drink overflowing when shaken. Please rest assured, this does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
