By using large space instead of dense breeding, stress is reduced as much as possible. While nature-friendly methods are researched, the temperature and humidity are monitored for hatching and kept constant by spawning in charcoal powder (sterile) made by burning rice husks. Therefore reducing mortality and increased hatchability.

The crickets are washed thoroughly, then steamed for 5 hours. The product then undergo a drying process for 48 hours, then milled together with excipients (dried sulfur, bitter gourd, lactic acid bacteria culture fluid) for their final step to be delivered to the fermentation center.
