Whole, whole, ground flavor

-The South Sea yuzu, which grew up with the sea breeze and abundant sunshine on the south coast, and Mungyeong Schisandra, which won the grand prize at the Belgian International Food Fair, were carefully selected and ground whole.

-The yuzu oil in the rind that is ground whole and full of nutrients may give it a bit of astringency, but it has a harmonious flavor with a deep yuzu aroma and acidity.

-If you grind the whole schisandra fruit without soaking it, you may feel some of the astringency of the nutrient-packed seeds. When drunk cold, the astringency is reduced, and the five flavors of Schisandra are properly harmonized.
