Generally, the longer you keep the affected area warm, the better the results. We recommend 30 minutes twice a day, but it is safe to use longer if you feel comfortable. For sore waist, shoulders, or wrists, the same guideline applies. However, to avoid low-temperature burns, check your condition after 15 minutes, especially when using on bare skin or thin clothing.
