A precious fermented health food and the final legacy of Master Insan Kim Il-Hoon.

Insan Sarijang is the last masterpiece developed by Master Insan in the final years of his life, created with the heartfelt intention to heal and save lives. It is the culmination of his lifelong knowledge and experience.

This premium liquid fermented product is made by fermenting rare black soybeans (Seomoktae), then simmering sulfur-fed duck, field garlic, and elm bark (Yugeunpi), and blending them with bamboo salt that has been roasted nine times. Following Insan’s traditional fermentation method, it is matured through more than three stages of long-term aging to bring out its full depth and nutritional value.

Sulfur-Fed Duck : Raised for two years on a natural sulfur-rich diet

Bamboo Salt : Insan's purple bamboo salt roasted nine times, rich in essential minerals

How to Consume

① Direct Consumption (Undiluted)
Adults: Start with 1 teaspoon or 1/3 tablespoon. Once accustomed, take 1 tablespoon 2–5 times a day.
Avoid taking it on an empty stomach. It is best consumed during or after meals.
Infants/Children: For infants, apply a small amount with a fingertip. For children, 1 teaspoon is recommended.
Note: Avoid cold water or cold drinks immediately after consumption. Warm water, soup, or warm beverages are fine.

② As Sarijang Tea
Mix 20ml of Sarijang with 300ml of warm water.
For enhanced flavor, add elm bark (Yugeunpi), safflower seeds, or other herbal ingredients.

③ In Cooking
Use with Insan bamboo salt soy sauce to season soups, stews, braised or stir-fried dishes.
Add a small amount of Sarijang at the end of cooking to enhance flavor and nutrition.

④ With Seasoned Vegetables
Mix Sarijang with perilla oil when preparing seasonal vegetable side dishes for a healthy and flavorful result.
