Gangsooni Myeongga’s Naju Gomtang is a traditional Korean beef soup made with over 200 years of family heritage and craftsmanship.
Using the secret broth infused with lotus seeds (yeonja-yuk), this soup delivers a deep yet clean flavor without any greasy taste.
Unlike typical bone-based soups, it’s made only from premium brisket and shank meat, resulting in a light, clear broth and tender, flavorful beef.

Cooking Method

Transfer the thawed product into a pot and boil over high heat for about 8 minutes.
Do not add extra water to preserve the full flavor of the broth.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, or chopped green onions.

Storage

Store frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
