▶ High-rigidity, low-torque angular bearings are used to consider the balance of stiffness with ball screws.▶ Round and angular support unit shapes can be selected, allowing for a suitable design according to the application.
▶ Preloading is applied to the ball screw to eliminate the axial play of the ball screw and maintain high accuracy.
▶ Preload is also applied to the LM guide to achieve high rigidity and high accuracy.
▶ Grease nipples were installed for lubrication of the ball screws and LM guides.
▶ It can be used in various fields such as precision processing machines, semiconductor equipment, measuring instruments, and robots.
