1. How to set the time

- Pull the CROWN to position 2.

- Turn the crown to set the time and set it to the 0 position.

2. How to set the date

- Pull the CROWN to position 1.

- Turn the crown clockwise to set the date and then set it to the 0 position.

Note: The date changes automatically every 24 hours. In months where the month does not have 31 days, you must reset it manually.
