* How to Use

- Clean and dry the skin before application

- For joints (knees, elbows), bend before sticking

- For stronger effect, layer 2–3 patches

- For narrow areas (fingers, toes), cut the patch thinly

- Use for up to 12 hours (recommended: 8 hours)

- If the patch gets wet, air-dry and reuse if still adhesive

Test on a small patch of skin (2–4 hrs) before full use, especially for sensitive areas.
