Easy Preparation (per serving)

Cook the noodles
Boil the noodles for 7–8 minutes over medium heat, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Prepare the broth
Mix 40 g liquid soup base with 160 ml cold water (ratio 1:4) and add one Jeju radish block.
Tip: Chill the broth in the refrigerator beforehand for an even cooler, more refreshing taste.
Serve
