This equipment is used to test the paintwork of automobiles.
When a car runs and collides with small stones, it tests whether the painted surface is damaged by reproducing a situation similar to the actual condition.
Small pieces of stone that meet international standards are blown away at high speed using pneumatics.
It is also possible to adjust the angle at which the sample is installed and the stone pieces collide.
In winter when the temperature is low, the painted surface is more prone to scratches.
We test by creating similar conditions through temperature control.
