Beef Curry Udon Noodles made with Kappoakii's special curry sauce

-Do you know the genre of Japanese cuisine "Kappo cuisine", which means to cook and boil? Introducing Kappoakii, which has been selling Kappo cuisine since 2013 that embodies the spirit and seasons of owner Jaehoon Bae.

-Kappoakii sells a variety of dishes using special curry sauce, and it is made with Kappoakii's special curry sauce recipe, which is said to make rice or udon noodles immediately come to mind when you take a spoonful of curry sauce.

-Beef, onions, tomatoes, and carrots are simmered in curry sauce to give you a mouthful of rich flavors. You can also wrap the sauce generously and rub it with the rice after eating the udon.

-In order to make sure that you can feel the texture of the plump and chewy udon noodles at home, it is made up of raw udon noodles instead of sound-sleeping udon noodles.

-Put the frozen curry sauce in boiling water for 5~6 minutes before taking it out. (Be careful not to let the sauce bag touch the pot directly.) Put frozen udon noodles in 800ml of boiling water and cook for 5~5 minutes 30 seconds, stirring slightly.
