Garosu-gil is a 20-year-old traditional restaurant that has been introduced in many TV stations and overseas media, and is recognized as a Korean food restaurant by travelers.
-It uses domestic pork, aged kimchi, and pork broth to create a rich and rich flavor.
-Seasoned kimchi exclusively for kimchi jjigae, which is reliable and soaked with domestic cabbage, radish, and red pepper flakes, and is made with anchovy broth to bring out the umami, and is generously filled with domestic pork front leg meat.
-Kim Buksun Big Nambijip's golden ratio of Korean Ox Bone and pork bone broth is used to recreate the taste of eating at Garosu-gil.
-Pour the thawed kimchi stew into a pot and bring to a boil. (Defrost in cold water for 1~2 hours, refrigerated for 3~4 hours.) Once it starts to boil, heat for about 2 minutes. If you like, add tofu, green onion, and red pepper to enjoy a richer kimchi stew.
