- Steps to Make Gochujang
1.Add the red pepper powder into the container.
2.Add the fermented soybean powder and mix evenly.
3.Ensure the powders are thoroughly mixed to avoid clumping.
4.Pour the glutinous rice fermented mixture evenly into the container.
5.Add the rice syrup and mix for 3–4 minutes.
Tip: Warm rice syrup makes mixing easier. Transfer the completed gochujang into the designated container.
