Dasarang Co., Ltd. has devoted itself to the fermentation of hamweed with salt, and has had hamweed seed bacteria using raw hamweed, hay, and powder for more than 20 years. We developed hamweed enzymes by blending the fermented hamweed with herbal medicines such as red ginseng, reishi, and mistletoe, as well as agricultural products such as garlic and pork potatoes. Hamweed enzymes (liquid) are used in the manufacture of hamweed salt, and when kneading such as hamweed pellets and granules, it is used instead of water to improve the quality of the product.
