Hamweed powder
It can be consumed directly by adding it to water, and is used for boiling or grilling meat, stewing and marinating, soups and stews, and condiments.

Fermented seaweed salt
Sea salt is cleaned (washed with water), foreign substances such as strictures and bitter water are removed, and soaked in seaweed fermentation liquid to mature.

Hamweed fermentation
Garlic, onion, pea and rice bran are aged in fermented hamweed broth, and are made with 99% agricultural ingredients and 1% sea salt without added chemicals.
Hamweed fermented kushida, which helps with the tender meat of meat and the fishy smell and fat, is used in 1g (0.3 teas) for cooking food for 2 people. (Boil the ramen, add 1 gram, and compare the flavors.)
